Aloha Karen -
Somehow the changes for Kea'au did not ge into the Final Draft Plan. I have added them into it. While it
changes some numbers a bit, Districts 3, 4 & 5 are still within the allowable deviations. Please distribute
this to the commissioners for their review prior to the meeting on 11/30, and note that we will be
discussing this when we do our final tweaking.
