found three minor contiguity errors which I have corrected. I'm attaching a revised .plan with those three
corrections made and graphics showing the three changes.
I've also replaced the default plan on redistricting. hawaii.gov to be your final draft as corrected. I've
named it "Hawaii Council — Commission Final Draft Plan — 10 Nov ". When users first start the application
they will now see that one listed in the opening list of plans to open.
Rod is working on the PDFs for the hard copy maps. If you need any other changes made to the online
application, please let me know.
