RE: Testimony regarding the Redistricting of Districts 2,3 and 4 Fax: 961 -8912 1 live in Hiln and I do not support the redistricting which is in question at this lime. I think we should keep UistTict Z as is, "rural/urban" district and have District 3 keel all the commercial and industrial district. 'This way, the Council member could concentrate on the needs of their particular district. So the lines would need to be changed from "ocean lc7 11lhuTttaln" tcI "rioith to south" starting from Wailuku River. There are couple caFc,ptions: 1. start from the Wailuku River and continue to Kapiolani S #. and that would be the boundary line. 2. start from the Wailuku River continue to Komohana St. and that would be another boundary linc. This would make the lines go from "north to south and it will keep District Z "rural /urban" representation and Deep District 3 as the "mix " representation. Thank you for the opportunity to provide teetimony regarding t,s mater and 1 strongly urge you to consider leaving thesc district as is..
