Attached are screenshots from a modification to the Commission's Final Draft.
This modification will accomplish the following, and remain within the population and
accessibility criteria used by the Commission:
1. More of the total Puna population within two whole and entire 'Puna Districts' ( #4 and #5).
2. Keaau Village in one 'Puna District' ( #4).
3. Pahoa Village in one 'Puna District' ( #5), without splitting it between two districts.
Please give favorable consideration to this modification of the Final Draft.
