PUBLIC ACESS, OPEN SPACE & NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION (15 minutes) - Two Public Access, Open Space & Natural Resources Preservation Commissioner shall provide the Action Committee with a brief presentation about the Commission and solicit suggestions. The Action Committee will discuss and make recommendations as appropriate. REPORTS 2. LAND USE PERMIT ACTIVITY REPORT (10 minutes) – Rosalind Newlon, SKCDP Project Manager will report on Planning Dept permits received in the previous month for the South Kohala district. 3. SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS AND UPDATES (20 minutes) – SKCDP AC members will report on the recent activities of the following subcommittees. PROPOSALS FOR INCLUSION IN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) BUDGET (20 minutes) – The SKCDP AC will review CIP priorities from the SKCDP for development and proposal to the 2011-2012 CIP budget. ACTION COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE 5.: The Action Committee will discuss the meeting schedule for the rest of the year . NEW BUSINESS 6. SUBCOMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS (20 minutes) – Assign action committee members to subcommittees.
