Manager will report on Planning Dept. permits received in the previous month for the South Kohala
district.

– SKCDP AC members will report on
the recent activities of the following subcommittees.

Assign action committee members to
subcommittees.

PROPOSALS FOR INCLUSION IN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) BUDGET (20
minutes) –
The SKCDP AC will review CIP priorities from the SKCDP for development and
proposal to the 2011-2012 CIP budget.

PROCESS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROPOSALS(20 minutes)
– The
SKCDP AC Members will discuss the process for submittal of CIP proposals.
6.
MONITOR THE PROGRESS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SKCDP (20 minutes)
– The
SKCDP AC Members will discuss the progress and effectiveness of the SKCDP and will review the
Waikoloa Village Plan Monitoring Program.

Notice: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five working days
(prior to meeting date) of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (b), Hawaii County Code}. A
lobbyist means “any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spend more than five hours
in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or
administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials.” (Article
15, Section 2-91.3(a) (6), Hawaii County Code)

interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Planning Department at 961-8288 as soon as
possible, but no later than five working days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for accommodations.
“Other reasonable modification” refers to communication methods or devices for people with disabilities
who are mentally and/or physically challenged
