Minutes of Meeting of June 27, 2011. 2. Select an alternate Vice-Chair. PRESENTATIONS 1. WAIMEA DESIGN PLAN- (5 minutes) - Robin Inaba, SKCDP AC member, will provide an overview of the Waimea Design Plan, which is included as Strategy 1.7 of the Waimea Town Plan in the SKCDP. REPORTS 2. LAND USE PERMIT ACTIVITY REPORT (10 minutes) – Rosalind Newlon, SKCDP Project Manager will report on Planning Dept. permits received in the previous month for the South Kohala district. 3. SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS AND UPDATES (20 minutes) – SKCDP AC members will report on the recent activities of the following subcommittees. DISCUSS SUBCOMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS (15 minutes) – The AC will discuss the assignments of SKCDP AC members to each subcommittee. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS ANNOUNCEMENTS DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF NEXT MEETING SET AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING ADJOURNMENT Notice: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five working days (prior to meeting date) of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (b), Hawaii County Code}.
