Rosalind Newlon, NKCDP Project Manager will present the report 2) REDISTRICTING REPORT (5 Minutes) –Report on the proposed redistricting that is performed every 10 years after the census is completed. a. Joe Carvalho, NKCDP Chair and Redistricting Commissioner will present the report. NEW BUSINESS: 3) HAWAII ELECTRIC LIGHT COMPANCY INC. (HELCO) UPDATE (20 minutes) - Pat Moore of HELCO will provide an update of the Kohala Study on windfarms; redundancy of power; alternative power sources; and the current trend of HELCO for the North Kohala District. 4) MAJOR ISSUES IN THE COMMUNITY NOT COVERED BY THE NORTH KOHALA COMMUNITY DEVOLPMENT PLAN (NKCDP) (15 minutes) -The Action Committee will discuss how to respond to major issues brought forward to them that are not covered by the NKCDP. Growth Management Ron Friman will discuss pending application for Subdivision No. 88-000111 -Third Revised Preliminary Plat Map (TMK: 5-7-002:011 and 5-7-003:003 and 010) - Subdivider: Kohala Preserve Conservation Trust, LLC. b. Public Access, c. Infrastructure A, d. Infrastructure B, e. Affordable Housing, f. Agriculture.
