NEW BUSINESS: 2) PROPOSALS FOR INCLUSION IN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) BUDGET (20 minutes) – The NKCDP AC will review CIP priorities from the NKCDP for development and proposal to the 2011- 2012 CIP budget 3) SUBCOMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS (15 minutes) – Assign up to two Action Committee members to a subcommittee to conduct research on open ocean aquaculture. OLD BUSINESS: 4) NKCDP AC SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS (30 minutes) – NKCDP AC members will report on the recent activity of the subcommittees: a. Growth Management b.
