APPLICATION FOR LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND DANCING One Time Only Trial Period Not to Exceed 90 Days
TO: Director, Department of Liquor Control
Liquor Commission, County of Hawai’i
Section 281-47, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, provides that a standard bar establishment
may provide facilities for dancing by patrons, including a dance floor and live or
recorded music if the premises is located in a commercial district, for a one time trial
period not to exceed 90 days and that music and dancing shall be allowed only during
the trial period.
An application is hereby made, pursuant to Section 281-47, Hawai’i Revised
Statutes, for live entertainment and dancing effective ___________________________.
The application shall be filed by the licensee, and if a corporation by an officer or director of the corporation.

Your application is hereby approved effective __________________________ to ____________________________ and shall be subject to the following conditions:
1. Any music, noise or disturbances emanating from a licensed premises which disrupts the
peace and quiet of the neighborhood may result in Commission action for corrective measures pursuant to Section 281-61, HRS.
2. Live music and entertainment shall cease at the legal closing hours. Entertainment shall
be in accordance to a Class 5, Category C2, or a Class 2, Category B2, license and to the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission. Entertainment by persons
unclothed or in attire restricted by Commission rules and strip tease entertainment are prohibited. LIQUOR COMMISSION, COUNTY OF HAWAI’I
