An application is hereby made, pursuant to Section 281-47, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, for live entertainment and dancing effective ___________________________. Any music, noise or disturbances emanating from a licensed premises which disrupts the peace and quiet of the neighborhood may result in Commission action for corrective measures pursuant to Section 281-61, HRS. 2. Live music and entertainment shall cease at the legal closing hours. Entertainment shall be in accordance to a Class 5, Category C2, or a Class 2, Category B2, license and to the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission. Entertainment by persons unclothed or in attire restricted by Commission rules and strip tease entertainment are prohibited.
