Minutes of Meeting of April 23, 2012 REPORTS 1. LAND USE PERMIT ACTIVITY REPORT (10 minutes) – Terry Dunlap, SKCDP Project Manager will report on Planning Department permits received in the previous month for the South Kohala district. 2. SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS AND UPDATES (30 minutes) – SKCDP AC members will report on the recent activities of the following subcommittees. a) Puako – Subcommittee has no report b) KawaihaeUpdate on the Kawaihae sub-committee water solution issue – c) Waikoloa – The Waikoloa Community leadership council discussed bus service in Waikoloa, the proposed northern extension of paniolo avenue and the Proposed skate board park at the new Kamakoa facility. d) Waimea – Subcommittee will report on: WCA: Anuenue playground: discussion with Sherm Warner · Waimea Design Plan: update on revision of the WDP & report of last · committee meeting. Update on the status of the crosswalk with blinking lights project on · Kawaihae Road near Waimea Park. e) District-Wide Matters –The Sub-committee will provide an update on the current progress being made on the potable Water Resources Solutions Project. DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF NEXT MEETING SET AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING ADJOURNMENT Notice: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five working days (prior to meeting date) of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (b), Hawaii County Code}.
