REPORTS: 2) LAND USE PERMIT ACTIVITY REPORT (10 minutes) – Allen Salavea, NKCDP Project Manager will report on Planning Department permits received in North Kohala last month. OLD BUSINESS: 3)PLANNING DEPARTMENT RESPONSE TO THE PROPOSED GUIDELINES FROM BOB MARTIN SENT TO DEPUTY DIRECTOR MASUNAGA REGARDING THE REVIEW OF LAND USE PERMITS (20 minutes) – NKCDP AC Project Manager will review and discuss the response to the proposal from Bob Martin to review land use permits received for North Kohala. Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer 4)PROPOSED NORTH KOHALA CDP WEBSITE (15 minutes) - Discussion of website proposed at March Action Committee meeting and current status the North Kohala CDP information on the COH CDP website. 5)REVIEW 2010 IMPLEMENTATION WORK PLANS DEVELOPED BY THE SUBCOMMITTEES AND PROJECT MANAGER (20 minutes) – Review the first drafts of the 2010 Implementation Work Plans. a. Growth Management, b. Public Access, c. Infrastructure, d. Affordable Housing. 6) SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS AND UPDATES (20 minutes) – NKCDP AC members will report on the recent activities of the following subcommittees. a. Boat Ramp ad-hoc investigative subcommittee – AC can only hear, discuss and act on the report by this investigative committee.
