Allen Salavea NKCDP Project Manager. b. Growth Management Subcommittee. OLD BUSINESS: 2) 4) REVIEW OPERATING GUIDELINES FOR NKCDP AC (20 MINUTES) – REVIEW AND DISCUSS OPERATING GUIDELINES ADOPTED BY NKCDP AC AND REVISED BY PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND DEPUTY CORP COUNSEL AMY SELF. 3) DEVELOP LIST OF CAPITOL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (20 minutes) – Continue to Develop a list of suggested North Kohala projects to be submitted for Capitol Improvement Project listing. a. CIP budget requests/suggestions should be submitted to the appropriate department head via the Planning Director by Nov. 30.
