OLD BUSINESS:
2) 4) REVIEW OPERATING GUIDELINES FOR NKCDP AC (20 MINUTES) REVIEW AND
DISCUSS OPERATING GUIDELINES ADOPTED BY NKCDP AC AND REVISED BY
PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND DEPUTY CORP COUNSEL AMY SELF.
3) DEVELOP LIST OF CAPITOL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (20 minutes) Continue to
Develop a list of suggested North Kohala projects to be submitted for Capitol Improvement
Project listing.
a. CIP budget requests/suggestions should be submitted to the appropriate department
head via the Planning Director by Nov. 30.

meeting please contact the Planning Department at 961-8288 as soon as possible, but no later than
five days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for accommodations. Other reasonable modification
refers to communication methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or
