Status report and decision making on conditions placed upon the Dispenser
General Liquor, Category C1 for Hilo Burger Joint LLP, dba Hilo Burger
Joint, liquor license, located at 776 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii,
TMK: 2 -2- 019:057.
The temporary conditions placed upon the liquor license effective March 3,
2012 for a 90 -day trial period (ended June 11, 2012) were:
1. The premises shall close at 11:00 PM.
2. — condition eliminated.
3. ko Liquor service or consumption on the lanai shall be allowed until
10:00 PM. There shall be no entertainment or music permitted on
the lanai.

6. No special permit shall be granted except as authorized by the Liquor
Commission.
(Conditions 1, 5 and 6 previously imposed by the Liquor Commission on
January 8, 2009 remain in place.) Conditions 2, 3 and 4 were changed
temporarily unless permanently adopted by the Liquor Commission.
VIII. New Business
1. Mauna Kea Resort LLC, dba Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, located at
62 -100 Mauna Kea Beach Drive, Kohala Coast, Hawaii, submits
Application for Increase in Licensed Premises of approximately 12,870
square feet of the former Monettes restaurant, located within the hotel, who
cancelled their liquor license on May 21, 2012.
2. Kona Retail Ventures, LLC, dba Kona Marine General Store & Deli,
request for withdrawal of Mr. Stewart N. Welch, and admission of Mr. Erik
Frostad, as new Member of Kona Retail Ventures, LLC.
3. Transcontinental Development (Hawai`i) Co., dba Waikoloa Beach Golf
Club, by letters dated May 9, 2012 and June 4, 2012, informs the Liquor
Commission of the closing of its business, requests cancellation of its liquor
license, DG -328, effective June 18, 2012.
4. Transcontinental Development (Hawai`i) Co., dba Waikoloa Beach Golf
Club, by letter dated June 18, 2012, requests to transfer its remaining
liquor inventory to Transcontinental Development (Hawai`i) Co., dba The
Kings' Course at Waikoloa Beach Golf Club, liquor license, REST -G -161,
effective June 18, 2012.
5. Longs Drug Stores California, L.L.C., dba Longs Drugs #9620
(Kilauea), dba Longs Drugs #9227 (Puainako), dba Longs Drugs #9249
(Lanihau), dba Longs Drugs #9936 (Keauhou), and dba Longs Drugs
#7098 (Pahoa), by minutes dated May 10, 2012, received on June 19,
2012, submits personal history for Messrs. Terence Martin Corrigan as Vice
President /Assistant Treasurer (Tax), Jeffrey Edward Clark as Assistant
Treasurer (Tax), Jason David Desrochers as Assistant Treasurer (Tax),
and Ms. Marian Zaslayskiy as Assistant Treasurer (Tax).
