1.Review of Sign Variance and Sign Permit applications for Starbucks Coffee
Company. Applicant: Hawaiian Sign and Design. Landowner: Relo Kona, LLC.
Property Tax Map Key No.: 7-5-004:031. Location: 75-5695 Kuakini Hwy., Kailua-
Kona, at the southeast corner of Kuakini Hwy. and Henry Street.
2.Review of Sign Variance and Sign Permit applications for Lex Brodie’s tire store and

961-8288 as soon as possible, but no later than five working days prior to the meeting
date, to arrange for accommodations. “Other reasonable modification” refers to
communication methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or
physically challenged.
