May 17, 2012 ( Kohala Senior Center)
Present: Jack Hoyt, April Lee, and Collin Kaholo
Meeting: 4:30 pm.
What:
Do and on site open house at the self -help project.
Prep for another community informational meeting.
Do a news write up for the open house, schedule for KMN.
How: Have a plan with the project coordinator, to do the open house program for the Community and
those who are interested in this housing program for their family.
Why: To gauge the participant with interest, for home of this type or projects with habitat. Whom
every the participant will be..? This committee will sponsor and informational meeting, to help with the
application process to get the applicant closer to for fill their dreams.
Meeting: 4:30 pm. June 18, 2012 (Kohala Senior Center)
Present: Jack Hoyt, Susan, Margaret Willie and Collin Kaholo
What: Discussion on the open house, Date and time, and other logistic needs for the day event.
Discussion about State Land at Kahei sub - division, to proceed with plan to talk to DLNR and or
Hawaiian homes.
Types of sub - division / How and what this plan would look like, who would benefit from this
sub - division
The housing Committee meeting will be on Monday July 16, 2012 at the (Kohala Senior Center) 4:30 pm
