CALL TO ORDER & ANNOUNCEMENTS APPROVAL OF MINUTES —October 24, 2012 3. APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM AND /OR SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA (requires six (6) votes, and must comply with FIRS § 92 -7(d)) 4. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS 5. REPORTS /CORRESPONDENCE • Director's Report, including: o Status Update on the Sort Station to include the percentage amount of rubbish being diverted from the landfills • Commission Member District Update Reports — includes information obtained from meetings with council members and district residents since the last commission meeting 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS • Parker Ranch Waimea Wastewater Treatment Plant, Cessation of Acceptance of Hauled Septage and Effects on County Kealekehe Wastewater Treatment Plant • Commission Member Okoji's Report following discussions with the State Department of Health, Wastewater Branch • Commission Member Warner's Report following information gathering with Parker Ranch 7. NEW BUSINESS • Volcano Community Association presentation of their concerns about the inefficiencies and safety issues at the Volcano Transfer Station • Department Plans for Joint Sewer User Charge Billing with Department of Water Supply • Scheduling of 2013 Meetings: Dates and Locations • Presentation by the Solid Waste Division Recycling Section and discussion relating to changes in the Green Waste Operations Procedures effective 1/1/2013 8. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Sewer Connection Waiver /Exemption Policy Update to include expected date of implementation 9. MEETING ANNOUNCEMENTS 10.
