PV – ROOF MOUNTED <br /> <br />1. PLAN REVIEW AND APPROVALS <br /> <br />Per Hawaii Engineering Group, Inc. President Ather R. Dar, PE, and the <br />certification, specifications and details provided on September 5, 2012: The <br />Zilla Dual Grip Rail System and the Zilla Phantom system <br />are approved <br /> <br />for use and may be installed on residential homes with gable roofs in Wind <br />Zones A, B, C, and D and Seismic Zones A, B, C, D, and E and do not <br />require a licensed Hawai‘i state architect or structural engineer’s review and <br />approval (a professional stamp) when designed and installed per the <br />1 <br />manufacturer’s recommended installation span tables and guidelines. <br /> <br />2. Per Murrar Engineering & Design, Inc.
