Schedule NKCDP AC Meetings for Year 2013 <br />REPORTS <br />1) <br />LAND USE PERMIT ACTIVITY REPORT (10 minutes) – Rosalind Newlon, NKCDP Project <br />Manager will report on Planning Dept. permits received in the previous month for the North <br />Kohala district. <br />2) <br />NKCDP AC SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS (30 minutes) – NKCDP AC members will report on <br />the recent activity of the subcommittees: <br />a. Growth Management – The subcommittee will report on land use applications <br />submitted to the Planning Department. <br /> <br />b. Public Access – The subcommittee will provide an update on; Puakea Bay Ranch; <br />Ranch at Puakea; Kohala Kai; Kauhola Lighthouse; Upolu Airport Area restoration; old <br />government roads and railroads; grant of easement documents; activities at Hapu'u- <br />Kapanai'a; and Kauhola Lighthouse. <br />c. Parks and Water Improvement – No report. <br />d.
