STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS NEW BUSINESS 1.Review of a Sign Permit application for American Savings Bank. Applicant: Neon Electric Service, Ltd. Landowner: Lanihau Properties, LLC.
