Commissioner Namahoe <br />seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 10, 2012 <br />Commissioner Moku moved to approve the regular session minutes. Commissioner <br />Henkel seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Commissioner Namahoe moved to approve the executive session minutes. <br />Commissioner Henkel seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br />
