The County Department of Parks and Recreation has announced the general
‘Āhalanui Park, Isaac Hale Memorial Park, Kahalu‘u
maintenance schedule for,
Beach Park and Spencer Park at ‘Ōhai‘ula Beach
for calendar year 2013. These
periodic short-term closures are necessary to accomplish larger scale maintenance
activities without putting the public at unnecessary risk or inconvenience.
‘Āhalanui Park
is closed for general maintenance on the following dates from 6 am to
1pm (2nd Wednesday of the month):
February 13
March 13
April 10
May 8
June 12
July 10
August 14
September 11
October 9
November 13
December 11
Isaac Hale Beach Park
is closed for camping for general maintenance on the following

dates (4 Tuesday of the month, except for December) until 1pm the following day:
January 22
February 26
March 26
April 23
May 28
June 25
July 23

February 13-14 (Wednesday and Thursday)
March 6-7 (Wednesday and Thursday)
April 9-10 (Tuesday and Wednesday)
May 14-16 (Tuesday – Thursday)
September 10-12 (Tuesday-Thursday)
October 9-10 (Wednesday and Thursday)
November 13-14 (Wednesday and Thursday)
December 11-12 (Wednesday and Thursday)
