County of Hawaii <br />DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE • Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division <br />101 Pauahi Street, Suite No. 5, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 -4224 <br />(808) 961 -8351 • (808) 961 -8330 (FAX) <br />DEPOSIT OF SECURITIES IN LIEU OF THE AUCTIONEER'S BOND <br />Know all men by these Presents: <br />Whereas. <br />of the County of Hawai'i, State of Hawai'i, has been granted a license under the provisions of <br />Section 445 -31, Hawai'i Revised Statutes 1969, as amended, to engage in the business of <br />conducting Public Auctions in the County of Hawai'i for the term beginning <br />Now, therefore, I (we) do deposit herewith the following securities with the Treasurer of <br />the County of Hawai'i: <br />Which securities are worth an amount equal to FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00). <br />If the said <br />shall, during the term of <br />said license, faithfully observe and comply with all the applicable provisions and conditions in <br />the above mentioned Section 445 -31 pertaining to the business of conducting Public Auction <br />and the conditions of said license, then this obligation shall terminate ninety days after the date <br />of expiration, revocation, cancellation or surrender of said license; otherwise, this obligation <br />shall be and remain in force and effect. <br />Further, provided no suit shall have been instituted thereon for any of the violations <br />mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the securities herewith deposited with the said <br />Treasurer shall be returned and surrendered to <br />the date of termination of said license. <br />WITNESS, my (our) hand(s), at <br />State of Hawai'i, this <br />For Office Use only: Sequence No. <br />day of <br />on the ninety -first day after <br />County of Hawai'i is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.
