Akoakao Pint (Bird Cave)
Nothing new to report
Hapu'u Kapanaia
There was vandalism done to gates on Pratt Road in Halawa by the Kapanaia area.
Kauhola Lighthouse
There is ongoing public input taken for stewardship.
Halelua
Hawaii Island Land Trust will do a site visit sometime soon.
Upolu Airport - East end of the runway
There is a parcel of State land between the east end of the airport and Hoea Road.
We should find out to confirm if the state owns property west of Hoea Flats.
Upolu Airport Area Restoration
Nothing new report
Coast Guard Road
Nothing new to report.
Puakea Bay Ranch
The letter regarding the realignment of the trail was sent to Mr. Aila (the DLNR Director)
via the County Planning Director.
Ranch at Puakea
Nothing new to report.
Latitude 20 (Land south of Pao'o)
Is still listed for sale

Kohala Kai
We would like to have an update construction
Grant of easement documents
We will make a list for reference.

Nothing new to report.

Pahoa
The old Mohamadi property has been sold
Kaiholena (south)
The Dorrance Family Foundation has donated $50k.
More funds will have to be made.
