Notes from Growth Management Subcommittee Meeting February 4, 2013
Attendees: Jim Pedersen and Hermann Fernandez
The subcommittee reviewed the proposed Parcel Consolidation and Re-
subdivision (PCRS) by Surety Kohala Corp. located above Sunshine Hardware
and Figs Mixed Plate (TMKs 5-4-03-02. 5-4-03-19, and 5-4-03-21). The area
contains 14 pre-existing lots of record and will be reconfigured into 14 lots (Maps
included).
The growth management subcommittee did not have any objections to the
PCRS, but will continue to monitor the application as the agency reports come in
and the tentative approval letter is drafted.
Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2013 from 6:00 7:00 pm
at Suretys office in Hawi.
