1. The County Council requests that we list issues of importance and formulate a
packet to be distributed to them. This is so they may better understand our
objectives and can provide us with assistance.

1. Discuss the Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus specifically the Congressional
Sportsmen's Foundation.
2. Tom Lodge report on meeting with Darlene T. Morikawa of the Hawai’i Visitors and
Convention Bureau's "Focus on Group Marketing"

accommodations. If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai‘i County Clerk within five
days of becoming a lobbyist. {Article15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai‘i County Code. “A lobbyist is any
individual who is engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any
month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or
Administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials.”
