Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes (hereinafter HRS) 92-3.5, the Committee on the Status of Women will be conducting this meeting via video conference. Committee Members will be present at the following locations: Office of the Prosecuting Attorney - Hilo 655 Kilauea Avenue, Conference Room B and Office of the Prosecuting Attorney – Kona 81-9801 Haleki‘i Street, Suite 150, Kealakekua Video Conference Room Public attending via videoconference is available at the above locations. If the audio between the above locations is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated, even if a quorum of the Committee is physically present in one of the above locations. Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai`i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai`i County Code} A lobbyist means “any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six- month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public offices.” {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawai`i County Code} Registration forms and expenditure report documents are available at the County Clerk-Council, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo Hawai`i 96720. 2
