The Puna Community Development Plan Action Committee would like to recognize your
outstanding work as Chair of the PCDP Subcommittee on Connectivity and Emergency
Response, and your contribution and leadership of the Subcommittee and the success of the Puna
Regional Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Fair.
The Action Committee relies on community volunteers to assist in the endeavors and
implementation of the Puna Community Development Plan. The PREP Fair far exceeded
anyone's expectations. It is clear that it was your vision and leadership that made it all possible.
The subcommittee's hard work was clearly evident in the response shown by public attendance
as well as representation by State Civil Defense, County government, local businesses and
organizations having booths at the event.
The Action Committee is grateful for your contributions to the Fair and for your ongoing
commitment to the people of Puna. Mahalo nui for all you do.
