The commission will meet in executive session to consult with Corporation Counsel on
questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities; to consider sensitive matters relating to public safety; and to conduct an annual
evaluation of the Fire Chief pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2) (4) (6) and the Hawaii County Charter
Section 13-20 (b).
• Annual performance evaluation of Fire Chief Darren Rosario including a review of the status
of his 2013 goals and objectives, his self-evaluation, and his 2014 goals and objectives.
