Contested case hearing to be heard <br />by the Windward Planning Commission. Deferred to the May 2014 meeting. <br /> <br /> Planning Director Initiated Amendments to Chapter 25, Articles 2 and 5 of the <br />3. <br />Hawai‘i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) relating to golf courses <br />and related golf course uses – <br />favorable recommendation to County Council. <br /> <br /> Planning Director Initiated Amendment to Chapter 16 “Amendment <br />4. <br />Procedures”, Section 16.1 “Comprehensive Review” part (1) of the County of <br />Hawai‘i General Plan (2005 Edition, as amended) in order to allow for the <br />comprehensive review of the General Plan to be initiated 10 years after adoption <br />of the previous comprehensive amendments, rather than the submittal of the <br />comprehensive amendments to the County Council within that same time frame <br />– <br />favorable recommendation to County Council. <br /> <br /> Hawaiian Acres Community Association SPP 845 <br />5. – Continued to the May <br />Commission meeting and request that the Planning Director submit a letter to the <br />Board of Ethics explaining the Commission’s position and requesting them to <br />expedite their decision concerning Jamae Kawauchi’s representation of Petitioner <br />Susann Tita. <br /> <br />Minutes of the February 6, 2014 meeting <br />– approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
