Hoffeld – Bay Clinic <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 10:10 a.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br />A quorum was present. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Linda Ugalde moved to approve the agenda; Nancy Kelly seconded the motion. The <br />motion was passed. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Nancy Kelly moved to approve the minutes; Linda Ugalde seconded the motion. The <br />motion was passed. <br /> <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />Nancy Kelly reported that $174 was spent for mileage and $67.07 for meals. <br />Linda Ugalde moved to approve the treasurer’s report; Kathy Peters seconded the <br />motion.
