She has training in cultural resource management, marine <br />science with interest in national institute of health helping with medicinal plants in the <br />islands, protection of cultural science. Her issue for the committee is included in the <br />Statements from the Public. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Corrections: <br />Page 3, Paragrah 3 - Nancy & Elena volunteered to work on the brochure. <br />Page 6, #2 Voter Registration – it should be Kim has no report <br />Page 6, D, 2 Discussion: It should be to get Jill Murray here would be…… <br />Page 7, Paragraph 5, should be tried to post this up on Facebook <br />Page 7, Paragraph 9, remove “more” after networking <br /> <br />Reminder: minutes be mailed/e-mailed at least a week before the meeting so it can be <br />reviewed by the members before the meeting <br /> <br />Katie Nova – the minutes will be filed as corrected. <br /> <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />Nancy Kelly provided the following report. <br />The balance is $5,285.83 which doesn’t reflect the radio spots. <br />Pending our approval today is the shopping bags. Nancy checked on the shopping <br />bags request and we should be able to get that done. <br />With $1,000 for bags, $200 for Ladies Night Out, that brings us down to $2,585. <br />1 <br /> <br />
