A. The Action Committee will review and discuss a Cost of Government Commission letter
dated March 12, 2014, regarding the Countys policy to promote economy, efficiency, and
improve service in the transaction of the public business in the legislative and executive
branches. The AC will review a draft response letter to the Cost of Government Commission.
B. The Action Committee will review and discuss the draft procedural guidelines for public
access issues forwarded by the Public Access Subcommittee.
