Thank you Marti, Bob and Members of the Orchidland Community Association.
The concerns you have shared are those of other subdivisions faced with similar
challenges, private roads open to public access.
Your letter has become part of our community input and was discussed at our
March 25th Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee meeting.
As we move forward all concerns will be taken into account. Concerns continue to
be: access with shared maintenance, liability, security, the need for staggered
roads to eliminate speeding through subdivisions and shared responsibility.
Should you want to provide testimony our next Action Committee meeting is April
8th.
