CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM: April 8, 2013 3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS: 4. NEW BUSINESS: A. Approval of the Public Housing Agency ("PHA") Plan for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program for the County of Hawaii. 5. OLD BUSINESS: None. 6. ADMINISTRATOR'S ORAL REPORT: None. ADJOURNMENT: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS") §92 3.5, the Hawaii County Housing Agency will be conducting this meeting via videoconference. Members will be present at the following locations: • Hilo Council Chambers, Hawaii County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401 • Kona Council Chambers, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Bldg. A If audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated. Public attendance via videoconference is also available at the above and following locations: • Waimea Council Office, Holomua Center, 64-1067 Mamalahoa Highway, Suite 5; • County Facility (former Bank of Hawaii Building), 54-3888 Akoni Pule Highway, Kohala; • Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Community Center, 92-8924 Leilani Circle; and • Pahoa Neighborhood Facility, 15-2710 Kauhale Street. If for technical or other unanticipated circumstances the video and/or audio connection at the above sites cannot be made or is disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue. Note: The meeting place is accessible to persons with disabilities. To request an Auxiliary Aid, language translation, and/or services to participate in this meeting (i.e., sign language interpreter, large print, etc.), please call 961-8379 by Arpil 11, 2014. If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code) A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County Code} Registration forms and expenditure report documents are available at the Office of the County Clerk -Council 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
