Subject: Emergency road for Sea View.
At the present time resources would be better spent thinking about what the population of Puna will do
if
Route 130 is crossed by the lava. That is the only way in or out of Puna.
The population of Puna district is larger than Wiamea .
If the proposed road is built I might have been just as well off being on the Red Road(137). My street
Mapuana will be as busy as the Red Road.
