Larry Brown from Hawaii County Planning Department IV.Approval of Minutes: April 21, 2014 V.Public Testimony on Agenda Items County of Hawai‘i is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. Larry Brown will brief the GMAC on public access, who they work with to identify, enforce and maintain access and easements to public lands and any suggestions that he may have to help GMAC better understand the process. 2. 2014 Legislative update on “Hunter package” and related bills. 3. Addressing issues relating to the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Unfinished Business: 1. A call for an executive meeting to be set for the month of June. HRS Chapter 92-4 Executive meetings: To consult with the boardʻs attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the boardʻs powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. 2. Discussion on the use of snares in Hawaii County and what can be done to bring awareness through our county council. 3. Elect our new Chair and Vice Chair. New Business: IX. Game Management Advisory Commission members will be present at the following location(s), where the public is invited to participate:  Hawai’i County Building, Puna Conference Room, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite 1501, Hilo, HI, and  West Hawai‘i Civic Center, Mayor’s Conference Room, Building C, Second Floor 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at 961-8211 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for accommodations.
