On behalf of the K a'au Agricultural Lots Community Association, the board of Directors are
requesting that the Puna Community Development Committee delay their decision Process
regarding connecting outside roads to roads within I ea'au Agricultural Lots subdivision until the
membership, consisting of 322 lots, have been notified and are able to voice their concerns.
In January of each year the membership holds their annual membership meeting at Kea'au
Community Center. Between now and their next membership Meting (January 2015), the
Board of Directors would like to get the information out to the membership and have them voice
their concerns. Past experience has taught us that xArorking with such a large membership it does
tape a while to get the message out and get a response.
In the meantime, we would like to be informed as to when and where the next meeting will take
Place to discuss the natter of Emergency Response nse Cor necti it y Locations.
