CALL TO ORDER 2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC 3. DISCUSSION REGARDING SUBCOMMITTEES' MEETING WITH VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF GATHERING INFORMATION FOR THE FINAL REPORT The Commission will discuss the subcommittees' progress in scheduling meetings with the various departments to investigate and gather information from various departments and agencies of the County of Hawai'i to assist in the preparation of the final report. 4. ITEMS TO BE PLACED ON NEXT AGENDA 5. DISCUSSION REGARDING LOCATIONS /DATES/TIMES OF FUTURE MEETINGSIVIDEO CONFERENCING 6. ANNOUNCEMENTS The next meeting of the Cost of Government Commission will be held on July 3, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Puna Conference Room, County Building 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1501, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. 7. All oral and written testimony will be public record. NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist (Article 15, Section 2- 91.3(b), Hawaii County Code). A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six -month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." (Article 15, Section 2- 91.3(a)(6), Hawai'i County Code.) Registration forms and expenditure report documents are available at the Office of the County Clerk-
