5. Olu Kai, Ltd., dba Huggo’s
, 75-5828 Kahakai Road, Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i,
pursuant to Rule 1-16 of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor
Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawai‘i,
State of Hawai‘i, submits request to amend conditions placed on its liquor
license.

The following are the conditions imposed by the Liquor Commission at its
meeting held on October 2, 2003:
1. Maximum decibel level allowed from the following areas of the
licensed premises:
a. Huggo’s on the Rocks: 91 dbs from the area fronting the
band.
b. Huggo’s: 86 dbs from the area fronting the band.
2. The sound meters be used nightly, and should be calibrated
with the Department of Liquor Control’s sound meter.
3. That group meetings be held one to two times a month, as
coordinated by the Department of Liquor Control.
4. For Huggo’s on the Rocks, that amplified music cease at
11:00 P.M.
5. For Huggo’s on the Rocks, that all business operations cease
by Midnight.
Licensee requests to amend conditions that were imposed on its liquor
license. The following are the proposed amendments:
1. Licensee requests to extend its hours of live entertainment at an
acceptable decibel level to 12:00 midnight on Friday and
Saturday nights.
6. N Restaurants LLC, dba Huli Sues at Mauna Lani
, 68-1050 Makaiwa
Place, Kalahuipua‘a, S. Kohala, Hawai‘i, ratification of Temporary Decrease
in Licensed Premises of its service area to withdraw the North and South
Golf Courses, as authorized by Director Gerald Takase on June 24, 2014.
