Communication No. 2014-45
• Page 1 of lPc 0
J\ C
rl- C6 L
I she conu -
v; fL, u
Eden *4the minutes reflec hat I asked for a survey to area. i e
visits were mentioned as part of the decision making process.
My contention is that Eden Roc has willfully blocked an EXISTING connectivity location and that no one is
contacting the roads group to explore the"liability" excuse that continues to be offered.
I also contend that blocking this EXISTING connectivity location presents an unnecessary hardship to
RESIDENTS who have repeatedly requested that this route be open. These requests are ignored by the roads
committees of both subdivisions, although the last time I checked, the Fern Forest side was open.
The fact that the subdivisions SHARE A FIRE TRUCK is a major issue that Civil Defense and fire department
should be addressing. How does the Eden Roc subdivision roads group have this kind of power?
