Mike Robinson, Manager of Forestry and Natural Resources Land Management Division Department of Hawaiian Home Lands IV.Approval of Minutes: May 19, 2014 and June 9, 2014 V.Public Testimony on Agenda Items VI.Reports/Special Committee/Presentation 1.Bobby Command will talk about the budget process for GMAC. 2. Discussion of the following:  Tony Sylvester will provide an update on Na Ala Hele Trails and Access System which is run by the DLNR.  Wildlife Revolving Fund which is supported through Hunting License, Stamp and Tag Sales. County of Hawai‘i is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.  Game Rules and Regulations – Six and a half years in approval process. Needed to be changed in order that Stamp fees could have been reinstated to help fund Wildlife Revolving Fund. VII. Unfinished Business: VIII. New Business IX. Adjournment: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) §92-3.5, the Hawai‘i County Game Management Advisory Commission will be conducting this Committee meeting via videoconference. Game Management Advisory Commission members will be present at the following location(s), where the public is invited to participate: Hawai’i County Building, Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite  1401, Hilo, HI, and  West Hawai‘i Civic Center, Mayor’s Conference Room, Building C, Second Floor 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, If audio stream between Hilo and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at 961-8211 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for accommodations.
