Janice Palma-Glennie - Support NPS petition to create Keauhou aquifer designation <br />24 <br />2. Jeff Zimpler: Environmental Protect Specialist at Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park <br />25 <br /> on the Keauhou aquifer <br />26 <br />3. Peter Young representing QLT Kaloko Makai on the Keauhou aquifer <br />27 <br />4. Roger Harris representing Palamanui / University of Hawaii on the Keauhou aquifer <br />28 <br />5. LeeAnn Crabbe representing Queen Liliuokalani on the Keauhou aquifer <br />29 <br />Copies of all above referenced testimonies can be requested from the Planning Department <br />30 <br /> <br />31 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />32 <br />1.Minutes were amended on line 119 ( Kuakini)and then unanimously approved as amended <br />33 <br />2.No changes to the agenda. <br />34 <br />BUSINESS OF COMMITTEE <br />35 <br /> 1. Action to oppose the National Park Service (NPS) petition to designate the Keauhou <br />36 <br /> Aquifer <br />37 <br /> a. Discussion points from Ken Melrose <br />38 <br />Will the NPS withdraw its petition on the Keauhou Aquifer and work with the spirit of the <br />· <br />39 <br />community? Jeff Zimpler answered on behalf of the NPS, no, we will not withdraw it. <br /> <br /> <br />
