NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
WINDWARD PLANNING COMMISSION
August 8, 2014

The public meeting and hearings scheduled by
Windward Planning Commission
on Friday, August 8, 2014, at the
County of Hawai‘i Aging and Disability Resource Center, 1055 Kino‛ole
Street, Hilo, Hawai‘i, have been cancelled. The hearings were scheduled
for:
1. Paul Ogasawara (REZ 14-176);
2. David & Brenda Camacho (REZ 14-177);
3. Sure Foundation (USE 14-050);
4. Ocean View Baptist Church, Inc. (SPP 14-164);
5. AT&T Mobility (USE 14-049);
6. Planning Director Initiated Amendment to Chapter 25 (Zoning
Code), Article 5 of the Hawai‛i County Code 1983 (2005
Edition, as amended) relating to zoning district regulations for
dwellings within the MCX zoning district;
7. Claimant: Office of the Mayor, Discussion and Action on a
claim for the release of funds from the Geothermal Asset Fund
re: Geothermal Public Health Study;
8. Scott Watson (Amend SMA 450);
9. Hawaiian Acres Community Association (SPP 845).
The site visitation scheduled for 9:30 a.m. relating to Item No. 8 above
(Scott Watson) is also cancelled.
