CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Balsis called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Balsis announced that Mr. Hisashima resigned from the Board of Ethics effective <br /> June 30, 2014. <br /> <br />2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br /> There were no statements from the public. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR SESSION MINUTES OF JUNE 25, 2014 <br /> <br /> Motion and vote: Mr. Adams moved to approve the minutes. Mr. Henricks seconded the <br />motion, and all members voted aye. <br /> <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> a. Review of Gift Disclosure Statements received from the following County <br /> officers or employees: <br /> <br /> (1) Karen Eoff, Council Member <br /> (2) Dru Kanuha, Council Member <br /> <br /> Mr. Balsis accepted and filed the two Gift Disclosure Statements. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
