Because of our responsibility to advise our various governmental agencies on sustainable subsistence hunting and fishing, as well as protect traditional cultural gathering rights, GMAC is particularly interested in learning the status of: A) The Hawai’i Game Management Plan. B) The Pu’u Wa’awa’a and Pu’u Anahulu Habitat Conservation Plan. C) The Dollar contribution made by the USFW to DLNR programs and the percentage this represents in the DLNR budget. D) Your thoughts as to the impact (s) of priority 1 and 2 of the State’s Watershed Protection Plan on Sustainable hunting and fishing, as well as protection of traditional cultural gathering rights. 2. Update on the National Assembly of Sportsmen’s Caucuses annual Sportsman- Legislator Summit. 3. Update on the HAR 124 letter to BLNR by Bobby Command. 4.
