Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the PCDP project manager prior to the completion of each public testimony <br />portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item during the <br />Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, subject to the <br />discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting on November 18, 2014. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />(5 min) <br />1. Communication 2014 -79 — Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee (CERS) <br />Report: Marlene will report on the activities of the CER subcommittee. (10 min) <br />2. Communication No. 2014 -66.1 — CERS Letter to Kalapana Sea View Estates (KSVE) <br />Residents: The PCDP AC will consider a second draft letter to KSVE residents submitted by <br />the CERS readdressing connectivity location 431 as presented in the Emergency Response <br />Subcommittee of the PCDP Report on Prioritized Connectivity Locations, May 13, 2014. <br />(10 min) <br />3. Town Hall Subcommittee: Members of the Town Hall Subcommittee will report on their <br />December 6th informational booth at the Pdhoa Christmas Parade. (10 min) <br />4. Communication 2014 -78 — Mass Transit Subcommittee (MTSC): June Conant will report <br />on the activities of the subcommittee. (10 min) <br />5. Communication No. 2014 -77 — Volcano Long Range Plan Subcommittee (VLRP) Report: <br />Members of the VLRP will summarize their subcommittee meeting minutes and report on the <br />activities of the Subcommittee.
