I Randall Shipp, am currently on the board (Vice President) of KSECA. I and I know others on the Board
and property owners, that are all for this proposal and believe that it is only a very few that are apposed.
They like to sound bigger than they are.

Dear PCDP Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee and PCDP Action Committee,
we are dismayed that the requested removal still be only seriously considered after you have received
100+ signatures and a letter from the Board of the Kalapana Seaview Estates Association 2014 -60 KSE
Conectivity Testimony - Laserfiche WebLink which, by the way, was neither included nor addressed in
your reply AC -KSVE Connectivity #31- w- petiitions - Laserfiche WebLink.
Since we don't know any Seaview residents who are in favor of connectivity location #31 we are asking
you to please let us know what you require from our community to have this strongly opposed
suggestion effectively removed from your priority list.
