Revisions to the Fire Commission's Rules and Regulations
(CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC)
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The commission may meet in executive session to consult with Corporation Counsel on
questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges,
immunities and to consider sensitive matters relating to public safety pursuant to HRS
92-5 (a) (2) (4) (6) and the Hawai'i County Charter Section 13-20 (b).

The next monthly meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at 10:00
a.m. in the North Hawaii Education and Research Center (NHERC) Conference Room,
