A copy of the revised GOE is attached. As the proposal is in <br />compliance with the 2002 Settlement Agreement without any requests for deviation, we will be <br />recommending that the Director submit the GOE to the Mayor and Council with recommendation for <br /> <br />approval <br /> Ainakea – Makai <br /> <br /> <br />Update from county received after the meeting: <br /> The Planning Department did take the NKCAG comments provided on the Draft GOE for the Ainakea <br /> <br />(Anderson) property under advisement, and will be working with the landowner to schedule a walk- <br />through of the access in coordination with interested parties, including the NKCAG. A revised GOE <br />(attached) has been submitted by the applicants’ attorney to the Planning Department for review. The <br />Planning Department will provide the NKCAG with a copy of our response to the current version of <br /> <br />the GOE. <br />NKCAG scheduled a walk thru for 4pm, Thursday, September 11, 2014. Meet at <br /> <br /> <br />courthouse <br /> <br />. <br /> Pahoa Beach <br /> <br /> <br />Update from county received after the meeting: <br /> <br /> <br />Current public access path is attached as recorded on subdivision plat map SUB13-1242 and <br /> <br />highlighted in purple <br /> Upolu Airport - East end of the runway <br /> <br /> <br />Update from county received after the meeting: <br /> <br /> <br />No reply received yet in response to our comments dated January 18, 2014. PD will follow up with a <br /> <br />letter to landowner’s representative <br /> <br />Note: At the meeting, Charlie Anderson indicated the modified access after the latest site <br />walkthrough was not approved by the owner and should not have been submitted to the <br />NKCAG as an alternative.
